When will my order be shipped?
Our normal processing time is 2-3 business days until an order is packed and delivered to FedEx to be shipped from Brazil. We do our best to ship within this timeframe. We will email a shipping notification once your order is shiped with FedEx tracking information.
What is your delivery method?
We only use FedEx international door-to-door services to deliver our orders.
We produce and ship our yarns from Brazil, and the shipping time is usually 1-3 weeks to worldwide.
What are my payment options?
We only accept PayPal for online orders.
PayPal overrides any ship to address that a customer inputs in our Order System that is different from what PayPal has on file.
The name on the PayPal account is the name that is used for the order when it comes into our system.
We need to ship the order to the PayPal address and name.
When you buy something from a seller who accepts PayPal, you may be eligible for a refund under PayPal’s Purchase Protection program.
All listed prices are in U.S. Dollars.
Will my yarn order come from the same dye lot?
We will always fill all yarn orders with a uniform dye lot. If we don't have the quantity you ordered in a single dye lot, we will produce a new small batch to fulfill your order, and this may cause delivery to be delayed two or three business days.
How do I track my order?
Upon shipment you will receive an email providing a link with your tracking information on the FedEx website. All of our shipments are 100% trackeable.
Will I need to pay any tax when I receive my order?
Please note that all duties, taxes & customs fees assessed by your country customs control are not our responsibility. Please be aware of the laws and fees associated with shopping abroad that your country deems applicable.
